Coryell County Energy Group, CCEG, is an innovative oil, natural gas and renewable energy company, utilizing progressive tools, techniques and modern science as a foundation for discovering new energy resources. With a strategy of focusing on undervalued oil and gas properties and renewable energy, CCEG is poised to deliver energy production from over 8,000 acres of leased properties in central Texas and offshore Louisiana.

CCEG is a privately held corporation registered as an operating group in Texas and Louisiana. The Company has acquired oil and gas assets in the Louisiana and Mississippi Gulf of Mexico theatre and intends to acquire additional hydrocarbon energy resources in the area. The area has been distressed by Hurricane Katrina and the relatively low hydrocarbon prices during the recent recession. These distressed hydrocarbon assets present a significant opportunity for CCEG, as larger companies seek higher producing fields in areas further offshore that have been recently opened for exploration.

CCEG currently operates a production company in this arena and is in the process of acquiring an oilfield services business based in the same theatre of operations. Management believes this will create a captive source of production services for the Company’s oil and gas fieldsas well as an opportunity to expand into the third party production services business.

CCEG’s geological and engineering team is currently working on geothermal and natural gas energy assets in central Texas. Management believes in the “Drill Here Drill Now” philosophy. CCEG’s goal is to help the United States to find and develop domestic energy reserves in support of an energy independence campaign reducing our dependency on foreign energy resources.

Following this philosophy, CCEG has made what appears to be a significant discovery of geothermal energy and conventional hydrocarbons in central Texas. CCEG intends to couple the geothermal and natural gas discovery with a specialized solar technology (patent pending) to develop an energy station capable of producing electricity in direct competition with coal fired, nuclear and natural gas power plants. CCEG’s energy station will be able to sell electricity created from renewable energy at the median cost to the consumer with nearly no hydrocarbon footprint.

CCEG’s Louisiana theatre initiative utilizes our “boots on the ground” knowledge to access oil and gas assets. This strategy utilizes the acquisition of an oilfield services business as a base of operations for locating and maintaining undervalued properties. In our opinion, there are many of these valuable assets available, that can lead to a thrust into this market.
